So this is my first post since 2009. I've already not met a few of my tasks but I feel positive that I'm doing well and making some great changes.

Daily Tasks

Brush twice a day.~Doing great with this one!

Floss at least once a day.~Maybe missed 1 or 2 days.

Use hydrofloss at least once a day.~Need to be more consistent with this.

Only take out books from the library.

Stop using plastic water bottles. (i.e. Poland Spring, etc.)-I'm working on using up the ones that I already have.

Bring own bags to stores.- Haven't taken any bags yet!

Drink 6 glasses of water everyday. -Been drinking water and no soda.

Journal food daily -Started journaling.

Write down something positive everyday.- Need to work on this one!


Weekly Tasks

Leave the tv off one day a week.- Did this and it was sooooo hard!

Maintain exercise of 4-6 days per week.-Did it!

Plan meals ahead each Sunday- Did it this Sunday!

Continue to attend weekly weight watchers meetings. - Didn't go yet this week!
Update blog weekly.- Did this!
Call my grandparents once a week. -Did this!

Monthly Tasks

Save $100 every month. (0/31)

Go on 4 dates a month. (0/124)

Cook one new meal a month. (0/31)
Buy fresh flowers each month. (0/31)
Do dinner with my brother once a month. (0/31)

One Time Tasks
Go skiing.
Go ice skating.

Go on a vacation out of the United States.
Run a 5K
Reach and maintain my goal weight.
Learn how to sew.
Visit a psychic.
Take a tennis lesson.
Go to Las Vegas. (booked trip for March on 1/8/09)
Have a dinner party

Take a self-defense course.

Go to a drive-in movie.

Learn to play mah jhong.
Get recipes from my grandmothers and mother and create a recipe book.
Learn how to shoot a gun.

Get ACCME approved for another 4 years.

Do something special for my 30th birthday.

Swim with dolphins.
Learn how to wrap a present.
Renew first aid and CPR.

Visit Ground Zero.

Visit my grandfathers grave.

Learn to tie a men's tie.

Teach my mom how to use the computer.

Get a thai yoga massage.

Get a new watch.

Make dermatologist appointment.

Finish all of the books that I own before going to the library.

Have shabbat dinner at my apartment.

Visit a sex shop with friends.

Date someone who isn't my "type".

Go on a hike.

Try a step aerobics class.

Buy a mac computer.

Put together a home emergency kit.

Photocopy everything in my wallet.

Find someone to be in a serious committed relationship with.
Find a penpal out of the United States and write to them each month.
