So this is my first post since 2009. I've already not met a few of my tasks but I feel positive that I'm doing well and making some great changes.
Brush twice a day.~Doing great with this one!
Floss at least once a day.~Maybe missed 1 or 2 days.
Use hydrofloss at least once a day.~Need to be more consistent with this.
Only take out books from the library.
Stop using plastic water bottles. (i.e. Poland Spring, etc.)-I'm working on using up the ones that I already have.
Bring own bags to stores.- Haven't taken any bags yet!
Drink 6 glasses of water everyday. -Been drinking water and no soda.
Journal food daily -Started journaling.
Write down something positive everyday.- Need to work on this one!
Weekly Tasks
Leave the tv off one day a week.- Did this and it was sooooo hard!
Maintain exercise of 4-6 days per week.-Did it!
Plan meals ahead each Sunday- Did it this Sunday!
Continue to attend weekly weight watchers meetings. - Didn't go yet this week!
Update blog weekly.- Did this!
Call my grandparents once a week. -Did this!
Monthly Tasks
Save $100 every month. (0/31)

Cook one new meal a month. (0/31)
Buy fresh flowers each month. (0/31)
Do dinner with my brother once a month. (0/31)
